Psychostatia is one of my personal favorite albums to come out of the Finnish death metal scene, one which is arguably the best in the world. So, with such fierce competition alongside them, Adramelech needed to craft a gem to stand in the upper echelon of already elite crowd. On Psychostasia, they do just that, using muffled vocals and a constantly shifting repertoire of fast and mid-paced riffing that is savage and intense, creating an album that is truly special. It's just a shame that their subsequent releases didn't continue this trend.
